We finally have our house up for sale again. I am again both scared and excited, but above all I know it's the right thing to do.Also, if anyone is looking or knows someone looking for a new house - send them our way! Brian Morris is our awesome brother in law and agent and whether you want our house or to find a different one, if you are looking for a realtor, you should totally call him!

I guess I'm out of the loop. Did your deal fall through before? I was meaning to ask you if you had moved, but figured you would have mentioned moving. Good luck on selling!! I know what a fun process it can be ;)
we did sell it and then the sale fell through - i was too depressed to write anything about it though. we have since regrouped, fixed a couple of things, and are starting at it again. good times.
Nice. The virtual tour was so well done! Your house is darling. If I were in the North Ogden market, I'd buy it myself! Seriously.
This is the perfect time to buy. First time home buyers have to close before Dec. 1 to receive the $8000 tax credit, so hopefully you'll have some motivated buyers!
