Feeling the Love!

Valentine's Day! A day when we show and tell one another how much we love and appreciate them. When I was single I thought the holiday was lame, when I was married I thought it couldn't get any better, and now with a family, I am feeling the love more than I ever thought possible! We have a "special family Valentine dinner" last night and as we ate and enjoyed more dessert than dinner I thought of how blessed I am to be loved and to be in love with my little crew.

Let's first start with Joe...

He's my best friend, a great dad, and good example, and with him I have the most fun. He knows how to handle my moods (which are always polite and perfect -haha), he always thinks I am right (again - haha), but really he is my perfect match and I love my police officer man! Plus he gave me the two additional loves of my life...

Chloe!

She makes me crazy, happy, content, wild, imaginative, mean, and the best all in one day or sometimes in one minute. She never ceases to amaze me with how her mind works, how fast she learns, what she knows without being told (like that "Barrack Obama is our first black president Mom!"), and the best is how much she loves me!
She's my little crazy, and I love it!

Next is my little Noah!
At almost one he is a handful. His mode of communication is screaming. Whether the screaming is because he's upset or more often (or at least as I would like to think) to tell you he loves you, life is not quiet and definitely not boring with him added to our mix. I love his sweet smiles, how he rubs my arm when he hugs me and how, right now at least, I am his favorite person in the world!

I love my husband, my children, my parents, and siblings, I love my friends, I love life and I love Valentine's Day!
